Refund & Returns Policy

At PureCabin Air Solutions, we want you to receive the correct product in good condition.

When a refund may be available

Refunds are only considered if:

  • You received the wrong product, or
  • The product arrived damaged

All refund requests require proof (such as clear photos or video of the issue and packaging) and are approved only after our review.

How to request a review

  1. Email support@purecabinair.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number.
  3. Attach clear proof of the wrong item or damage (photos/video of the product and packaging).
  4. Briefly describe the issue.

We will review your request and reply with the outcome. Submitting proof does not guarantee a refund.

What is not eligible

  • Change of mind / no longer wanting the product
  • Buyer's remorse after opening or using the product
  • Damage caused after delivery by misuse, neglect, or normal wear
  • Requests without sufficient proof
  • Requests submitted after the review window without a valid reason

If your request is approved

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card provider.

In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, based on stock and our review.
